Monthly rent of facility is $1000. This includes the entire barn and approximately 18+/- acres of pasture. We will require first and last month's rent as well as a $1200 fully refundable security deposit. We are willing to sign a lease for 6, 9 or 12 months at a time. An extended period may be negotiable.
The prospective renter is responsible for their own tools, equipment, supplies, feed, bedding and utilities which would include the approximate amounts:
Electricity $150+ per month
Garbage service $20+/- per month
Port-O-Potty would depend on the company used.
We feel offering our practically new facility at ONLY $1000 per month is an incredible deal and a great opportunity for the right person. This price breaks down to $62.50 per stall. At this price we are renting this facility AS IT IS with no other additions or improvements and the renter would be expected to maintain the facility and pastures to their current condition. We are NOT willing to give anyone rent in exchange for work or "improvements." Any work or improvements will be carried out by us, the owners or by a contractor of our specification to ensure the work is done properly. Our Washington facility is currently under construction/expansion however we still are accepting mares for breeding and foaling-out.

Our Scio facility is set on 19.72 acres of prime pasture land and is fenced and cross fenced for maximum usage. We believe horses should be turned out as much as possible.We rotate our pastures and do not allow them to become over grazed.
Our barn features a 60'x120' fully enclosed indoor arena. Our stable is an attached 36'x120' shed row style stable with 16 total stalls.
We have fully matted 12'x12' box stalls with good lighting. Three stalls have been reinforced and designed for stallion use.
Our tack room is double sized 12'x24' with a digital key pad lock for added security and viewing windows looking into the arena.
The hot water wash rack is still under construction and we hope to have it finished soon. As always on a farm, there are many never ending projects!
